![]() Mutsu features by far the largest Secondary Battery at Tier VI. Mutsu also has 2 things that are Fool's Gold. They do not have upgraded Nagato's dispersion nor penetration. The protection is that bad.Īnother hit to Mutsu are those 16" guns themselves. ![]() It was not surprising to go from something like 90% HP to DED in one enemy BB salvo. You better pay attention to the mini-map and how the battle unfolds to defend your sides, otherwise you'll get instantly deleted as if you were sailing an Emerald getting slammed by Battleship guns. A Mutsu player has to be absolutely paranoid about protecting their sides by angling but sometimes that gets real hard if the flow of battle has enemy ships flanking your position. Hits to the sides, Mutsu collapses like a house of cards. Mutsu's armor is so poor that ANY Battleship gets a view of her sides, it's a guaranteed deletion if they can hit. She is not a "Nagato Lite" IMO because Nagato is markedly tougher and fully upgraded, her accuracy is quite respectable with potent power. With concealment build, way better detection range than Fuso's abysmal one. 16" guns to overmatch the protection of all BBs at her tier.Ģ. I own Mutsu, love and adore Fuso at Tier VI.ġ. So the question is, is Mutsu worth the purchase, or would I be better served waiting for stock hull Amagi Ashitaka later in the year? I'm interested in getting something better as an IJN BB trainer than Ishizuchi, but am skeptical of Mutsu at this point. ![]() With that being said, the reviews on Mutsu have been mixed at best it seems. If you aren't already aware, the T6 IJN premium battleship Mutsu has made a return to the premium shop for this weekend: ![]()
